Our Capabilities & Tolerances
- Can accommodate any quantity and length of cold drawn steel shafts with diameters ranging from 1.18″ to 4.72″
- Process includes cutting, drilling, internal spline, external spline, cylindrical grinding ，cut to length, machine chamfer, machining/turning
- Carry significant stock of steel bar to maintain lead times of three weeks or less
- Can also obtain most grades of material, including 304stainless and 306 stainless
- Standard finish is HRC of 28-32 with O.D. tolerance of 0.009mm″
- Cut to length standard tolerance of 0.1″
